grades 7-12 are welcome! Come make crafts, draw, play board games and talk while meeting new people.

Decorate Musical Cookies
Come decorate musical cookies. We will provide all of the materials.
The world needs more kindness! Join Laura Klain, a certified life coach,
for this Kindness Rocks program. We will work on creating a set of
heartfelt letters of encouragement and/or kindness rocks to leave in public spaces or take home and give to loves ones and send more kindness
out into the world. Everyone will get to paint a rock and find
out more about this great initiative.
This program will take place outside the library, weather permitting.
This program is open to all ages, however, space is limited; sign up is required. Please sign up for only ONE session!
If you are in the 5th-12th grade and want to try an instrument
that is fun and easy to play? Join musician and
teacher Julie Stepanek as she shows the fundamentals of
ukulele playing. You’ll learn how to tune, strum,
and read chords. After a short lesson, you’ll be
able to play some fun and easy songs.
No experience necessary. Bring your own ukulele or borrow one of Julie’s.
